System Decode translates the Genjiko Manifesto into an analytical protocol: observable fact, source, evidence, inference, alternative explanations, unverified hypotheses, limits and revision of judgment. It does not seek a single spectacular answer, but a clearer relationship between what is visible, what is inferred and what remains unknown.
